I have worked alongside of Elaine as a business associate for nearly 25 years. As well I have spent countless hours alongside her in ministry and volunteer situations.  In whatever role Elaine fills, her enthusiasm, her resourcefulness and creativity is immense.  Her abilities as a teacher, a mentor and coach are truly remarkable. She does not hesitate to take initiative with new ideas and is fearless in taking a risk.
