I first met Elaine when she walked into my real estate manager’s office 28 years ago. She has since then addressed new careers but one thing I have observed with consistency, Elaine is someone who is very enthusiastic and passionate about whatever she sets her heart and mind to. I've seen her exert all of that passion to skill sets, to creating a plan and to supporting people with their goals. I've known Elaine when she experienced reversal and serious setbacks. My fondest memories are that in those times she wasn’t defeated by those setbacks but rather she gathered up her strength and applied all of those resources once again to achieving her purpose.
